Yes. JJ can act as your local technical production partner, coordinating audio, visual systems, staging, scenic elements, technical crew and specialist suppliers according to your event requirements. We work with your team during the planning and advance stages, then coordinate the agreed technical delivery on-site. Our aim is to give you one clear point of contact and a well-managed local production.
We provide formal production proposals and invoices for international clients. Payment arrangements, currency, deposit requirements and procurement documentation can be discussed and confirmed during the quotation process. We can also accommodate purchase order requirements where agreed in advance.
We assist with technical documentation and coordination of applicable venue requirements, including safety files, electrical compliance, structural certification and rigging documentation where required. Requirements vary by venue and production scope, so these are identified during the technical advance and coordinated with the relevant qualified parties.
Reliability starts long before showtime. We plan the technical requirements, specify appropriate equipment, test systems during setup and conduct soundchecks and rehearsals where required. Depending on the production, backup equipment, alternative signal paths and contingency plans can also be incorporated. Experienced technical personnel oversee the operation throughout the event.
